DUPLEX KITCHEN
Both floors have a full size kitchen, family size ovens and
stoves, family size refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker,
toaster and microwave with all the cooking pots and pans,
utensils, cups, glasses, dishes enough to have a full course
dinner with the whole family. You supply the food, paper
towels, and your favorite dish washing liquid.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Both floors have their own laundry room located next to
the kitchen at the rear entrance with a washer and a dryer.
The half bath is located in this area. Don't forget to bring
your paper and favorite washing detergent, softener etc.
Please use the outside shower located at the foot of the
back steps to rinse sand before using these appliances.
